Looking for a way to improve your physical and mental wellbeing? Join our Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation class!

This class is suitable for all ages and abilities, welcoming beginners and those with experience alike. Each session incorporates gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi, energy-cultivating exercises of Qigong, and calming meditation practices.
