Event Description:

Mental Wellbeing For All is a weekly self-support group dedicated to promoting mental health and wellbeing within the community. Organized by the Olive Community Project, this group meets every Wednesday from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at Stockport Baptist Church, located at 60 Thomson St, Edgeley.

This group provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences, offer mutual support, and learn coping strategies. It is designed to empower participants to take an active role in managing their mental health. The sessions are facilitated to encourage open communication, empathy, and understanding. The group focuses on peer support, where participants can share their stories, learn from each other, and find encouragement.
