A welcoming and supportive group for people living with dementia and their carers, held every Monday in the upper room at St Mary's Church, Cheadle.
What to expect:
- A safe and understanding environment: Share experiences, find support and connect with others facing similar challenges.
- Engaging activities: Participate in a range of activities designed to stimulate and engage, promoting cognitive function and well-being.
- Respite for carers: Take a break and connect with other carers, sharing advice and offering mutual support.
- Refreshments and social interaction: Enjoy a cuppa and a chat in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
