The Caribbean and African Network invites you to access a range of vital health and wellbeing services every Tuesday from 12 pm to 5 pm at the North Reddish Community Centre. This dedicated network offers a supportive and culturally sensitive space for individuals seeking assistance with their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Services provided include compassionate counselling, engaging arts activities, harm reduction support, and befriending services, all designed to empower and uplift individuals within the Caribbean and African community. Whether you're seeking emotional support, creative expression, or simply a friendly connection, the Network provides a safe and welcoming environment.
